1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at orymoonllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified time, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider.
